Every session at Wellness Within in Sandyford, Dublin 18, is delivered from start to finish by Nicola Devine, a registered pharmacist and qualified colon hydrotherapist, in a calm, private treatment room. What a session can help with: 1. Relief from constipation. A session helps soften waste and encourage the bowel's natural rhythm, which can clear a sluggish colon. The most common reason clients book, especially if you rarely feel you fully empty. 2. Less bloating. Many clients feel noticeably lighter and flatter afterwards, with less trapped gas. 3. A reset for your digestion. People often describe feeling refreshed, as though it has had a spring clean. 4. A fresh start. How a session works. Warm, filtered water is gently introduced into the colon, softening waste so the bowel releases it naturally. This is repeated a number of times across the hour, with slight changes in water temperature to help it travel around the whole colon. Gentle abdominal massage aids the rhythm, and a herbal infusion can be included at no extra cost. A gentle method, fed by gravity. Water enters at the gentle pressure gravity provides, not pushed by a machine pump. It is the original method of colon hydrotherapy, and the one many experienced practitioners prefer: quieter, slower, and easier on the body. Booking.
