You can cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance through the "Log In" area of the website, or by emailing nicola@wellnesswithin.ie or Text / WhatsApp 085-1662149. 

Please note that a minimum of  48 hours' notice is required to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged the full fee.
